Ireland 32 Ventures was built from the ground up by a career firefighter who spent years responding to emergencies while quietly building a real estate portfolio on the side. The discipline required to perform under pressure, the trust built with a crew, and the commitment to showing up every single day — those aren't just firefighter values. They're investor values.
After closing his first deal while still on active duty, the path became clear. Real estate offered something the job couldn't: the ability to build generational wealth, create passive income, and eventually control his own time.
